In the heart of pandemic-induced lockdowns, when dining out became a distant  memory, Vishakha had an epiphany. Why not bring the magic of home-cooked meals  directly to people’s doorsteps? And so, From the Pan was born – a culinary venture  that blends wholesome goodness with a dash of creativity.

The Recipe for Success 

Freshness First: From the Pan’s mantra revolves around curating delights that  cater to discerning palates. Think scrumptious snacks, wholesome meals, succulent  desserts, and bento boxes – all with a health-conscious twist. Each item is  meticulously packed in environmentally friendly boxes, ensuring both taste and  planet-friendly choices. 

Meet the Founder: Vishakha, a seasoned chef and hospitality professional, brings  over 25 years of culinary expertise to the table. Her journey began in Baroda,  continued through Nagpur, and eventually led her to Singapore. Along the way, she  honed her skills at marquee establishments like the Taj, Leela Kempinski, and Le  Méridien. Now, she’s the mastermind behind From the Pan’s delectable offerings.

A Flavourful Odyssey

Nagpur to Singapore: Vishakha’s relocation to Singapore in 2019 marked a new  chapter. With teenage children and a mariner spouse, life was an adventure. But fate  had more in store. As COVID-19 swept the globe, Vishakha’s plans to join academia  were put on hold. Instead, she teamed up with her sister-in-law’s cloud kitchen, “Fuss  Pot & Foodie.” Inspired by this collaboration, Vishakha decided to forge her own  path. From the Pan Emerges: In 2020, From the Pan sprang to life. Vishaka’s love for  food and her unwavering passion for cooking fuelled this home-based culinary  venture. The result? A symphony of flavours delivered straight to your doorstep.

From the Pan isn’t just about food; it’s about creating moments. Whether you’re  savouring a comforting meal or indulging in a guilt-free dessert, each bite carries a  story. So, open that eco-friendly box, let the aroma envelop you, and relish the magic  that Vishakha has stirred up – one dish at a time. 

A Festive Feast Beyond Borders 

In the heart of Singapore, where cultures collide and flavours dance, Vishakha’s  culinary venture, From the Pan, weaves a tapestry of taste. But this isn’t just any  kitchen – it’s a celebration of tradition, festivity, and the joy of sharing.

Festival Frenzy 

Ganesh Puja: Assorted Modaks take centre stage, their sweet embrace invoking  blessings. Each bite whispers ancient tales of devotion and delight. 

 Holi: Baked Gujjiyas and Malpuwas burst forth, vibrant as the festival itself. Their  colours mirror laughter, love, and the promise of spring. 

 Rakshabhandan: Ghewars stand tall, their honeyed spirals binding siblings across  oceans. Distance fades as these golden discs bridge hearts. 

 Diwali: Assorted Laddos – Besan, Rose Coconut, Mawa, and Dry Fruit – emerge  like twinkling diyas. Each sphere holds wishes, whispered in saffron and silver. 

Maharashtrian Magic 

From the land of Maharashtra, Vishakha brings forth a feast: 

Pooran Polis: Stuffed flatbreads, warm with jaggery and memories of home. Chirotes: Saffron-infused fritters, crispy and golden, a monsoon delight. 

Gulachi Polis: Jaggery-infused pancakes, fragrant as marigolds. 

Vada Pavs: Street food royalty – spicy, humble, and utterly irresistible. Zunka Bhakar: A rustic symphony of chickpea flour and spice, served with love.

Packaging with Heart 

Behind the scenes, a logistical ballet unfolds. Vishakha’s friends and family rally,  sourcing eco-friendly boxes and ribbons. Each parcel becomes a gift, tied with care  and delivered with a smile.
